In this installment of the Process Mining Academy we focus on Process Mining for Creator Workflows (or custom applications created with App Engine).  ServiceNow customers create new experiences and digitize processes with App Engine on the Now Platform.

One of the biggest benefits to digitizing a process on the platform is you immediately get access to all of the intelligence capabilities.  So you can start reporting on the process, creating KPIs for the process to track and trend its performance over time, and of course apply Process Mining to the process to get visibility into where there are inefficiencies and opportunities to improve the process.
