Process Optmization or mining

Hi,

I see forum or articles related to process optimizations.  Is it only available for data like Incidents, CR or any application tables in ServiceNow? Can we not do process mining of data coming from SQL or any other backend system?

Hi Ranjana,

recently we have released Process Mining for external data, please have a look if that solves your use case. By default the app uses IntegrationHub - Import to load external data onto the Now Platform, however you can use any data integration tool the Now Platform offers to bring your data onto the platform and mine it from there.

Unfortunately Developer Instances are not connected to the Machine Learning infrastructure which Process Mining uses.
