In this installment of the Process Mining Academy we invite James Ramsay, Director of Product Management, to cover Process Mining for Strategic Portfolio Management. As of the Vancouver release ServiceNow customers now have the ability to apply Process Mining to SPM, meaning they can identify process improvement opportunities for idea, demand, and project workflows (as well as others). James covers an overview and then a demo of both the demand process as well as an end to end Value Stream starting at idea and flowing through a stories.
