How to get out of MyNow...

Hi, I entered a "MyNow" environment and I can't seem to get out. I want to go to the top of the PDI interface but now I can't seem to escape. Suggestions?

can you share your screen to better understand the issue?

Do you mean this situation when you open a link in a new tab and the menu is missing?

If so, erase everything that follows after ".com" in the URL and hit enter, it will redirect you to the homepage, but oyu will lose the location where you were...

To: https://yourinstance.service-now.com

Oooooor put "/now/nav/ui/classic/params/target/" in the middle of the ".com" and "/" rest of the address:

https://yourinstance.service-now.com + /now/nav/ui/classic/params/target/ + nav_to.do?uri=std_change_record_producer.do?sys_id=b1c8d15147810200e90d87e8dee490f7 

so the address would be:
https://yourinstance.service-now.com/now/nav/ui/classic/params/target/nav_to.do?uri=std_change_record_producer.do?sys_id=b1c8d15147810200e90d87e8dee490f7 

It will let oyu stay on the page.

Either one option you select, you can then go to user preferences and mark this to true:

Hello @Xoman67 ,

The simplest way is to modify your browser URL. If it is something like https://devinstanceXXXX.service-now.com/…, remove everything after .com and press Enter. This will take you back to the main PDI interface.

Alternatively, you can directly access the classic PDI interface by appending /now/nav/ui/classic to your instance URL. This will take you back to the standard platform view.
