I want to edit the Flow Designer help page.

When upgrading from the Quebec version to the Tokyo version, the 'IntegrationHub Spokes' and 'Courses started appearing on the Flow Designer's help page. Since it's not necessary for our needs, we would like to hide it for all users. Is there a way to hide it?
