Is it possible to provide URL for the checklist?

In general on catalog task or at any place we called checklist, name and checkbox and add or deletion  option will be shown, however I want to provide some URL beside to name to show what action we need to done through this check list.

try to use may be form annotation just above the checklist formatter to show your URL or content
