@dinakaranmba If you would like to know more about ServiceNow and would like to attend a course for free then you should register at https://futureskillsprime.in/cloud-computing/servicenow-system-administrator (If you are a resident of India), it is a Government of India and Nasscom initiative and this training is completely free.

ServiceNow has an entire website dedicated to this topic with a few free certifications available! It is called "Now Learning" and you can register for an account for free: https://learning.servicenow.com/lxp/en/pages/servicenow

Once you have an account, you can filter all available courses by "Free" - here is a quick link: All Results LXP Search - Now Learning (servicenow.com)

Hello

I want to learn for service now course would you like to help o that

There are no free CSA courses and I would not recommend taking this course from anywhere except Now Support, but as @Sergio26 mentions, if you do - ensure you get a voucher for the exam! If they do not supply a voucher, it is likely illegitimate and you will not be able to write the exam.

...with one potential exception!

Last year, at Knowledge conference, ServiceNow opened up the ability to challenge certification exams. You did not need a voucher to write the exam (still had to pay an exam fee though) and you did not need the pre-requisite courses, to write the exam. This was the fist time they ever offered this and it seems like it was limited in that it may not be at other events (World Forum?) and may not be back at K25...but this is not something that never happens, as it was before.

Hope this helps, good luck on your CSA journey!
