some newly added filed in article template are not showing in view article in service now , I have used Form Layot and Form Design and added some new fileds to standard template form . it lets me add text to the fileds but when I use -view artcile , or try to see the article after published , it wont show the new fildes . how to fix it?
then All>knowledge>unpublished ..view article
