Trouble enabling hardware security tokens in PDI Vancouver.

The "com.snc.integration.multifactor.authentication" plugin is enabled and turned on through the Multi-factor Authentication module. I then added the system property "glide.webauthn.enabled" and set it's value to true. But when a user tries to register a hardware security key they are met with the message in the following screenshot.
(The authenticator TOTP app is already set up for the user in the screenshot.) Wondering if there is some documentation I missed on how to set this up or if anyone has a similar issue?

Rookie mistake, looks like enabling this plugin fixes the issue:
"com.snc.integration.webauthn"
