✅ Punchout Product Search – Search for punchout products directly in Employee Center.
✅ Unified Tracking – Easily track products/services from order to fulfillment using procurement record IDs or keywords.
✅ Catalog Access – Access both punchout and native catalog products from the Shopping Hub.
✅ Category Mapping – Map third-party product categories for accurate checkout and purchase order details.

✅ Agentic Workflows in Now Assist for SPO – You can now use agentic workflows in Now Assist to streamline procurement through intelligent product recommendations, guided checkout, and off-catalog purchasing. ✅ Now Assist for SPO – Now Assist provides AI-powered assistance for summarizing negotiations and negotiation events for fulfillers, and summarizing purchase orders, purchase requisitions, and sourcing request for requesters. Click here to know more.
✅ Search for Punchout Products – In Employee Center, you can now search for punchout products directly using the AI search bar. Click here to know more.
✅ Unified Request Tracking in Shopping Hub – From My Purchases in Shopping Hub, you can search for purchased products or services using procurement record IDs, tracking details, or keywords. Click here to know more.
