How to add a new field to the Source-to-Pay Workspace form - Request New Supplier

Hi, 

Appreciate the help on how to add a new field / show the filed in the source to pay work space

need to create a field 'supplier category' and place it on the form ' Request new supplier'' which opens when clicked on 'Create new supplier' quick action.

i tried to find declarative actions, record producers(variables), ui actions but no luck - Appreciate the suggestions on how to add the field for the form below  'Request new supplier'

it's within UI builder

Ensure you are in correct scope and edit/make a variant

1) go to this URL

https://instanceName.service-now.com/now/builder/ui/edit/pc/2f109adf4f213110f85a115d78c71470/6d171ed74f613110f85a115d78c714ed/fcc18a2b4f923110f85a115d78c714d1

2) each field is a separate input so you need to create that

3) also ensure grabbing the input is not sufficient, you will have to check how the existing inputs are mapped with backend fields

@Ankur Bawiskar  Thank you Ankur . Not familar with the UI builder yet. Can we make the field mandatory for a drop down type input becaz i didnt see required option
