Importing Supplier Data from Learning Course "Sourcing and Procurement Operations (SPO) Overview"

Hi,

I was trying to import the .xls file with supplier data from Homepage / Sourcing and Procurement Operations (SPO) Essentials (Zurich) (Course) /  1. Sourcing and Procurement Operations (SPO) Overview, Install, and Configuration (Content)

as described in the course to my PDI. However, instead of being inserted like in the course, my data was skipped on the PDI. What's the matter here?

Hi @AlexandraJ 

Can you share all steps. Are you testing in PDI or Lab instance?

If it is not Lab instance, then Demo data is not there .

1.  If the field set to Coalesce (unique identifier) is empty or mismatched, the system will skip rows.

   Check if previous steps  whether Coalesce  field related data is there OR Do the activity in your lab instance not PDI . 

2. Also check choice Action has been configured properly in all field map

On PDI and Lab instance, the same result.

1. However, the thing with the Coalesce field... how does that work? I would like to import the attached Excel file for exercise purposes to the supplier stage table. Where do I set the Coalesce field?

2. Which choice Action do I need to configure where exactly?
