S2P Ops Implementation Bootcamp

I'm working thru the S2P Ops Impl Bootcamp, which I believe was recorded in 2021 - 2 years ago, which is mostly working for me, but I cannot create a PR as Shirley Ross in Lab3, to test approval rules, I get a system error instead.  

 

I have a customer asking for S2P implementation.

 

In previous lab exercises, I had to play around with the dates & delivery location to get something prior to succeed, but I haven't found a magic combo of attr values that enables me to succeed in this step.

 

I can create this PR as Aaron, but Aaron's PR does not contain an approval plan.

 

Need help identifying what's blocking Shirley or how to add an approval plan that applies to Aaron.

Neither Shirley nor Aaron have any groups configured.

They do have a different set of roles.

This is only learning path we have I guess for POM.
