Hi,
Based on what in a single sourcing request many PRL are created? Which is the criteria?
I thought it was linked to the quantity amount entered for example in the "I need a product" record producer but it seems it is not like this.
Thank you,
Tommaso

Hi @Tommaso2 - One of the condition being for a single sourcing request if you have added multiple suppliers then it creates that many PRL's. It's not based on the quantity.

Hi @Tommaso2 ,
Multi PR creation depends upon various scenarios, like below.
- Some catalog items might be configured to split their quantity into separate PRLs based on unit price thresholds, vendor contracts, or specific delivery requirements.
- If the UOM differs for a catalog item, such as splitting boxes into individual units, this might result in multiple PRLs.
- Multiple Vendors for a Single Item.
- If the request specifies different delivery locations for a single sourcing request, separate PRLs are created for each destination
- If there are staggered delivery schedules (e.g., partial deliveries on different dates), this could lead to multiple PRLs.
