Purchase Requisition not getting created on checkout in ShoppingHub

Hi all,

I've been having a troublesome bug I haven't found a solution for.

I've inserted all the correct primary data for the ShoppingHub to work, as a result the portal is working fine and i can access suppliers and their products.

But when I get to the checkout after fulfilling all the info and submit, it says the requisition is undefinied and I notice no record is created in the backend. This has happened on several different products I've tested, including the one I followed on SN's own labs.

I think, it's a bug, Try to access "/now/psm/shoppinghub ".

As i saw, it's only compatible with "Uath".

If my above suggestion doesn't help, please raise a Support case with ServiceNow.

My instance is running on Washington DC so it should have even further compatibility with Shoppinghub. Like I said, the portal itself is running fine it's just the checkout validation that's seemingly not creating a purchase line even in sourcing requests.
