Hi,
Recently did a fresh install of Sourcing and Procurement Operations on a Washington D.C. instance. Install seemingly went just fine except that sourcing requests are not generated for purchase lines and procurement cases when using the "I need a product" record producer in the employee service center portal. In the development instance this works just fine.
I've repaired the plugins numerous times but to no avail.
Any experience and help with this appreciated.

Hi again,
Are you running Domain Separation by any chance? Recently we got response from ServiceNow that it was domain separation that was causing the issue. The shopper in this case belonged to the company domain but the domain applied to the sourcing request was the TOP/Default domain preventing anyone from seeing things being created.
We've handled this ourselves with business rules for now and waiting for an official workaround from ServiceNow.
Other interesting finding is that the purchase table, purchase line, purchase order and purchase order line table are not domain separated while Sourcing Request, Procurement Case, Negotiation Event and Negotiation are. We are currently basing domain based of the business owner, however in terms of negotiations where you can have multiple sourcing requests belonging to the same negotiation event it might cause issues in the future. We'll see.
