Hi all,
It is not clear to me how Risk Assessment and Tier Assessment steps work in Supplier Lifecycle Management module.
In fact in the playbook of the Supplier Manager I only got that the respective records can be created, but:
- questionnaires are already available? how these assessments can be completed? in servicenow or outside?
- some integration is needed?
- other modules are necessary? TPRM?
Second, how "add to a negotiation event" works?
many thanks in advance,
Tommaso

Hello Tommaso, While I was searching for the Information what I figured out is that if you have to do Risk Assessment (some of the egs. that you stated above) requires TPRM licensing. SLO can be used for Supplier Intelligence i.e. using Craft.IO you can gather intelligence from external sources and update SLO with these details. So, when you onboard a new supplier that Intelligence is available.

Hi Tommaso,
The idea here is in our playbook we do show only two records getting created for these risk assessments however if you have SLO + TPRM installed then the flow will take you to TPRM to complete the risk assessment where you will find all the required assessment records or templates created and managed that will be used for the risk assessment of a supplier. The same SLO can be integrated with any third party tool that the organisations are using and bring in the risk details in our onboarding flow. Based on what risk tool you are using the assessments will be conducted either in servicenow or outside.
