The Q2 May 2023 Store release for Asset Management includes new and updated capabilities to help you automate software request fulfillment and address the challenge of compliance and reporting of IBM products running on IBM Virtualization Technology.

• ITAM Procurement integrations—where you can integrate Software Asset Management with Coupa Procurement to streamline and automate software request fulfillment with an end-to-end workflow from request to allocation. This will help you eliminate data and process silos and reduce errors caused by manual data transfers between your SAM tool and your Procurement tool, or errors that occur during entitlement creation. Plus, you can improve service delivery times and ensure employees have quick access to the software they need, when it’s needed. 

• IBM IASP Partner Support enhancement—to help you discover and manage licenses for IBM products deployed on IBM LPAR Virtualization Technology so that you can accurately report on your Effective License Position without authorized tools or additional integrations. With this capability you will leverage IBM Authorized SAM Provider (IASP) services and the ServiceNow Platform to optimize your IBM estate.
