I have created a license request table which stores the catalog items that I have created, I configured it using business rule. But the problem is I need my License request record to contain a field called requested item name. I have struck configuring this, since requested item table is not extensible how to configure it, I want the item name to be auto populated in the license request record

yes in the flow designer you can use the update record action and do it accordingly
