Hello All,
I need your help on streamlining model management in ServiceNow. Since many models exist with different specifications (e.g., storage, color, configuration), i am proposing to store any additional configuration under short description in Model table while Model name keeping the same. However, when we do bulk upload, we can only map the model name and do the import..
How can we do the asset import for the particular model but has different specification in short description. Its urgent, please help.
