Adobe Integrator - all subscriptions are showing as unlicenced

We have an ETLA with Adobe and are using the SAMP Adobe integrator.  The user list was updated a couple of days ago so I guess the interface is working plus the support team have not said anything has failed.

My understanding of the integrator was that it collects collects the entitlement as well as the subscribers. Is this correct?

Hey  @andynewey , the Adobe Integrator in SAM only pulls in the subscribers (the user using the licenses). It doesn’t actually bring in the entitlements (the license quantities you bought under your ETLA) by itself.

Those entitlements still need to be added manually unless you have your ServiceNow hooked up to a procurement system. If you do, then when you raise Purchase Orders or Vendor Contracts in that system, the entitlements can flow in automatically — but that’s handled through the procurement integration, not the Adobe Integrator.

Here’s a handy link if you want to see how that part works: https://www.servicenow.com/docs/bundle/yokohama-it-asset-management/page/product/software-asset-mana...
