Asset Management - IT Asset expiry/end of warranty

I want to receive reports by email while these events are triggered:

1.When license will be expired on 90days later
2.When asset warrant will be ended on 90days later.

Is servicenow currently having these features? If not, how to do?

The standard way to do this out of box is to define the contract associated with the license or warranty as a Contract record, and to assign a contract manager to the record and define the notification threshold.  Contract expirations are sent out automatically based on defined notification threshold.
