Assets expiration reporting

Hi Community,

I would like to create reports on Assets with the following criteria, can anyone please help?

1. Report on Assets which are going to be expired in next 3 months, 6 months, 1 year by location (There is a field Warranty Date on Assets which can be sued for this. Please note many assets still don't have this date populated yet)
2. Assets(machines) which are already expired
3. Machines not going to expire in next 1+ year by location
