Automate Saas Application Software Deployment & Uninstall using ServiceNow & Azure AD

When a Request is submitted and approved then add user account to Azure AD. Once the user is added to Azure AD then how can we deploy the S/W? What Plugin is needed to install or how can this be accomplished? Any other further details would be appreciated.

end 2 end with ServiceNow, I would recommend the CSD 2.0 plugin - https://www.servicenow.com/docs/bundle/yokohama-integrate-applications/page/administer/integrationhu...

 

On the other side, it depends on your deployment technology. If the tool is able to trigger the install as soon s user/device is member of a AD group, you can go on with your current solution. For Intune and MECM it’s required to add the user/device to the linked collection groups per software.
