Hello all! We are currently implementing SAMP but are having some issues with software usage data coming from JAMF. So far we have completed the following steps.
1. Created reclamation rules with related software process.
2. Activated and executed the JAMF Computer and JAMF Software Usage scheduled imports.
3. Confirmed that we are getting records in the import set table.
Unfortunately, the data is not transforming to the Software Usage table. The records are stuck in a pending state in the import set. Has anyone had this issue? If so, what steps did you take to resolve.
