Hi shashank1,

BDNA goes beyond software model normalization so I don't think you need to have SAM plugin turned on. I guess it will depend on which BDNA product/integration you're also using. For instance, Technopedia only depends on having a ServiceNow instance and a MID Server

A lot depends on the use cases that you want to enable by integrating BDNA with ServiceNow and the release of ServiceNow you are using. For example, in Jakarta and later releases, the SAM Professional product includes a software normalisation library. Bottom line is that it would be helpful if you could provide some more information.
