Can anyone provide the location of some SAM Pro training materials (documents, wikis, videos, whatever)?

We are finding it difficult to get entitlements, license metrics, licenses, allocations, etc set up without some training on the functionality and the use of the Software Asset Management Pro module. We don't know what the best action to take is when we can't find our Publisher Part number in the SN list. We haven't been able to figure out how to set up things when we have a license metric that isn't in the SN list.

Information on where to find SAM Pro specific training materials, and training materials on specific SAM Pro topics would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your assistance.

Found one somewhat helpful item out there. Most of the SAM items are just the slide decks of presentations, which have no meat in them on the "how to's."

We don't have access to the partner portal. We tried to get signed up for access, but access was denied because we aren't a partner, we're a customer! Sorry for the tiny rant there.
