Can users save a draft request? On Service Portal

Hello Expertise,
Can able to save a draft when raising a request on SP, just in case the user does not have all the required information at that time.
Is this possible?

@Aparna Gurav You can add the item to cart with the information you have. Later you can access the same item from cart and order it.

You cannot 'Add to Cart' a request if any mandatory field is left blank.
But you can enter a dummy data to bypass it and later change its value to desired. And submit request.

Yes! This is fully possible using the Wish List functionality. It's fully supported out of the box for saving catalog items and record producers in the service portal. To update the wording from Wish List to Draft List, simply update and add all the necessary UI Message records to override the defaults. I've created an update set for just this situation. You can get it from the developer share site.
