Cant' able to add user from AD group through workflow

Hi Community,

 

Actually in requirement , user should get added to AD group through workflow. It's working for other forms user is getting added to AD group. But here the user is not getting added to AD group. That user is not even present in AD group also. Please refer the error snip for reference.

Hi @spandana kalla ,

 

This error usually comes when there is improper credentials used. Could you check the credentials once also please take a look at the below KB article from ServiceNow as well.
