Compliance Report - Software Lifecycle Report with N-1

Hello SAM Community

I need a report to support our controls. The report should show:

• Identify all software titles discovered across corporate devices.
• Capture installed software versions.
• Compare deployed versions against an agreed baseline version.
• Measure compliance against an approved N-1 (or better) version tolerance.
• Automatically identify non-compliant software requiring remediation.
• Provide evidence suitable for audit and control attestation purposes.

The report should include:

• Total number of software titles identified across the estate.
• Current vendor version versus deployed version.
• Percentage of applications operating at N-1 or above.
• Percentage of applications below the approved version threshold.
• Number of non-compliant software installations requiring remediation.
• Compliance trends over time.
• Ageing of non-compliant software versions.
• Breakdown by business unit, platform, software publisher, or device type.

I know there is an OOTB Software Lifecycle Report, but I don't think that shows what I need. Is it best to build a custom report via Platform Analytics...

Also, I noticed in the OOTB Software Lifecycle Report the column N - X Rating but there are no values it is blank field.
