Hello,
With OOTB Rome, it appears you must have the contract_manager role in order to create and edit a contract.
Is this correct? Or can people without this role still create/edit a contract?
Assuming I am correct, what confuses me is that the approver of a contract and the person that created the contract both have the contract_manager role.
Example:
Beth Anglin (contract_manager) creates contract.
Beth sets Bud Richman (contract_manager) as the approver.
I would have expected someone higher up than Beth would do this. In other words, shouldn't Bud Richman have a role like contract_approver or contract_administrator?
I believe it is even possible for Beth to be both creator and approver.

he is just responsible for managing the contract and interacting with the vendor.
the only role who can see/edit is contract_manager
