Core Infrastructure DC & Std Suite consumption

We are licensed for Core Infrastructure DC Suite and Core Infrastructure Std Suite and we have created the software models using the PPN nos. 9GS-00134 & 9GA-00312 respectively which takes the product as "Core Infrastructure Suite". But the software installations that we are getting in our environment are "Windows Server" with different versions and editions. As CIS is a suite, these software installations should tie to the Software model that we have created for CIS but in the license position report we see that CIS Software models are not showing any used rights. Can anyone help to understand how to tie these together, does the Microsoft pack of Servicenow not take care of this?

We have upgraded to New York Patch 5 on our Dev instance. But we are still unable to get consumption for CIS software. I have even changed the inference percent to 50 but still none of the Windows server datacenter installs are mapping up to the CIS Datacenter model.

Can you please guide how we can resolve this.

Santoshini, I reconfirmed that the patch for handling Microsoft Core Infrastructure is available in NY Patch 5. Have you correctly defined the CIS suite software model (its components, inference percent) and the System Center Suite software model (its components, inference percent)?
Here's a link to some documentation. Once you validate your setup, and it does not work, please create a case for it so we can take a deeper look at your instance.
