sn_cmdb_user cost?

Is there a cost to assign someone a role for sn_cmdb_user? Trying to see if we need more ITIL licenses

Hi @mburns74451 ,

no sn_cmdb_user is a requestor role is there won't be any additional cost associated with it

you can check the role in ->  license_role table. with requestor type roles there is no change associated
