Create Reserve Entitlement Best Practice

Hi,

I'm looking to start creating reserve entitlements via the SAM workspace so that a products entitlements in Service Now reflect those, say, that are in the Microsoft Admin Portal. Are there any best practice guidelines available for using this feature? For example, what should happen at True Up time - should the existing reserve entitlements be retired or deleted to reset things for the forth coming year?

How to handle the reserved entitlements :

„When you pass the end date of the reserve entitlement, the SAM - Subscription Maintenance scheduled job creates a new entitlement to replace it.“
