Please follow the latest ServiceNow Documentation with latest version (compatible to you ServiceNow version) on it. and ensure you have required API permission.
Minimal user permissionsProcess Required user role in the CrowdStrike application Authentication scopes

This process is applicable for Zurich Patch 7, Software Asset Management - SaaS License Management (sn_sam_saas_int) 16.3.0, and Software Asset Management (sn_itam_samp) 3.2.4 version onwards.
