Crowdstrike Active sensors seems to be empty

Hello All,

 

Im currently working with crowdstrike integration, I saw the below article and it suggests there will be sensor records in active sensors table.But in my scenario it seems to be empty why 

Anyone have any idea?

Please follow the latest ServiceNow Documentation with latest version (compatible to you ServiceNow version) on it. and ensure you have required API permission.

 

Minimal user permissionsProcess Required user role in the CrowdStrike application Authentication scopes

Download consumptionFalcon administratorSensor usage scope with read permissions

This process is applicable for Zurich Patch 7, Software Asset Management - SaaS License Management (sn_sam_saas_int) 16.3.0, and Software Asset Management (sn_itam_samp) 3.2.4 version onwards.

Once updated the plugin , whats the next step..Do i need to delete the profile and need to create it again?

 

First update Plugin.

Check the result,

Connect with CrowdStrike  team to give the required API permission for the integration service account.

 

No deletion is required.
