I noticed that Docusign is an OOTB SaaS plug-in for SAM however if my understanding is correct this only gathers the usage not the license/entitlements (if anyone knows otherwise let me know)
In relation to the license Docusign uses atypical metrics - namely number of envelopers or number of envelopers per number of users - is its possible to create custom license metrics for entitlements ?
