Custom software model/ publisher for SAM

Hi,
I'm adding/creating custom software model/publisher for configuring SAM. Even after running reconciliation I'm not able to find the new added publisher in License workbench. It's not reflecting. What should I do to get the publisher reflected in License workbench??

Hi Shruti,
You might need to set License under management to true in the software model. This will include it in your reconciliation results which propagates the publisher overview, license workbench, license position report etc. You can read more about this field in the product documentation.

Issue got resolved. Installed some plugins required and now able to find custom software/publishers on workbench.
