Is this SAM-Pro?

What release?

Device Allocations are typically assigned directly from the SW Entitlement.

Hi Cody,

This is London release and Not sure about SAM Pro. but how and where can i check this.

Thank You i am able to add device from the Software Entitlement but question is remain same,

1.Why Device 'A' is having Oracle Crystel Ball and 'Software Entitlement-Oracle Crystal Ball' is part of 'Oracle Crystal Ball' Model. but in screen shot showing Adobe System acrobat.

2.And this is still consider Quantity and value of Allocations available got deducted.

3.Two CI's showing in 'Allocated to' (when i am trying to add Device Allocation) one is DNS entry, other one is Node/Host where software is installed. is it correct behavior.

Hi Bharat,

Cody has this correct.  You should assign allocations from the SW Entitlement record.  Either the Device Allocation or User Allocation tab is available for this purpose depending on the type of License Metric chosen on the record.

Open a <Support Ticket>

Confirm with your NOW platform owner if your company purchased <SAM-Professional>.

Did you create the "Oracle CrystalBall" SW Model, SW Entitlement by selecting a PPN, or did you create it manually?
