Sachin is right, with HAM Pro you get normalization.
Scott also has shared a really nice depiction of the differences. If you look at his image it details a lot of the new functionality for HAM Pro.
I like these features but find dialog around utilization of the newer flows to be the coolest. How they can (provide for-or add to) processes that may not be established, are great.
ITSM HAM does not have the flows for deploy, swap, retire, refresh, loaner, +++. To create them custom, most may know, can be difficult and timely during upgrade or while enhancing. The retire, loaner and refresh flows are huge imo. I have attached a list of the flows that came out in the Rome release.
The mobile features are cool too. Auditing, scanning, disposal, receiving, assigning and more, can be done through mobile now.
