whats the difference between SAM basic metering and SAM total usage metrics?
The Documentation of the ACC is not really specific:

What do i need if i want to know which user started a software at a given time?
Looks like basic metering only needs registry access to UserAssist, and Total Metrics needs osqueryd, is this osqueryd a seperate agent i have to install?
