Hi Everyone,

We have added the Docker Business entitlement to SAM Pro; however, the reconciliation did not produce the expected results.

Upon reviewing “Installations Requiring Action,” I found 70 installations grouped under the issue “No applicable software entitlement.”

How can these installations be mapped to the appropriate entitlements?

Does the software entitlement record include the downgrade rights?

Thank you, the issue has been fixed. I have changed Inference number too for the exact result
