Docusign integration

Hello All,

I have an integration direct profile for docusign in service now. Some users is getting the error as ouath token are not available,please click on the below link. When they clicked on the link and enter the docusign credentials they are getting error as unauthorised. 

I found that there is an incorrect client secret for my oauth profile of docusign. It contained??? in the client secret. So I generated new one and update it in oauth profile and direct integration profile as well. Then the error did not popup. But when I impersonate with another user who have ITIL role the same error was shown"oauth token are not available". Do I need to change client secret for each nd every user. I don't think as I have admin rights and I changed it. It should change for other users as well. Please help.
