Afternoon,
Does anyone know what privilege is required to edit or delete a software product or how to do this?
LockLizard PDF Viewer if free we have two products set up one is correctly as not licensable so I either want to delete the licensable one or change the product type

Hi Deborah,
Deleting or editing content shipping from ServiceNow is not recommended. In fact, it is highly discouraged. You can create a Custom Product and use that instead of a product from the content library. You can also, if you've encountered a product that is inaccurately reflected in the content, open a HI Support Case requesting the content be corrected. The latter is preferable as it will cascade corrections throughout the entire SAM customer base.
