External Licensing via ServiceNow / SAM Pro

Hello All,

 

Use Case: We publish software to be used by external clients - Is SAM Pro or ServiceNow capable of generating a license key / license file to provide external users access to our application?

 

The business is currently using Flexnet Publisher, and we wanted to know if ServiceNow or SAM Pro have this capability?
