Hi Team,
I am trying to search CI in the global search bar but am having trouble when using cmdb ci table. It doesnt bring any searches back but when using another CI table such as computers "laptop" I am getting results back.
Not sure what I may be missing if someone could advise
Using Search settings filter and group global search results by table (servicenow.com) as a guide which was helpful.
