HAM Pro implementation

Hi,

We already have ITSM HAM installed, now we want to configure and use HAM pro. in service now. 
So do we've any documentation for such implementation?

Hi @scsharath2 ,

    Basically with HAM Pro we do get additional features, some automated workflows and pre built reports and dashboards. You can refer to on demand HAM Pro course in now learning to get more idea about HAM Pro implementation.

Thanks @MercBuilding  I'll check out the course.
So it means that HAM Pro is an additional top layer for ITSM HAM, Correct?
