Hi Team,  Under Interaction record in (service operation workspace) we have response Template choice list under choice list response templates are  not visible. I need to visible response template List. Please help on it

Hi @AA6,

Please make sure you have a Response Template record for Interaction [interaction] table.

and the Response Template record are added on Channels
