How do we create and maintain models aligned with blanket line items?

Is it just about mentioning the PO number in software entitlement table?

Or does ServiceNow recommend having a process around it?

Would someone kindly explain?

Hi @NOW_seeker ,

your question is missing a bit of context.

The column „PO number“ is a out of the box field, but isn’t added to the entitlement form. Please adjust the form view and add the field.

As shared by @prerna_sh please check the details about mandatory fields.
