I have installed the 'Migration Readiness Tool for Service Graph connector for SCCM'.

How do you actually run it?

Go to Test Suite and click on Run Test Suite.

Ah  - I see, its under Automated Test Framework - thanks Ken

Do not forget to enable test  suite properties and Test/Test properties.
