Hello Friends, I have one interesting scenario. Have a software model with #of entitlements-5, and this software is installed on 2 machines, one machine has 5 installations with different versions whereas another has 5 installations with different versions. Both of these got discovered at different times and as a result, 5 records from both of these devices are shown as Unlicensed.
How does SAM Pro do it, it just keeps on marking software installations as licensed until entitlement# is met and after that it marks rest of the installations as Unlicensed.
If anyone has complete understanding and point to the BR/Scripts doing it, that would be great.
Thanks,
R

Hi @RahulY00040,
if possible could you please share more details about the software entitlement and it's metric/license type?
The reconciliation and results of licenses and unlicensed installs is also based on the "Metric Attributes", that are different per products etc. (e.g., for MSFT Server minimum of cores etc.)
Could you please check this and share a screenshot. (example, Software Model > Metric Attributes)
Best, Dennis
